Prince Edward Park

Just around the corner from Cabarita Park is Prince Edward Park situated on Hen and Chicken Bay at Cabarita. This is only a small Sydney park with beautiful views over the bay it is quiet and serene. There is  a walking track that links Prince Edward Park to Bayview Park.

Wedding and Restaurant

This is a great place for a wedding venue, the day we visited there was a wedding taking place in the gazebo. There is a restaurant that is situated in the park called Angelo’s on the Bay a great place to go for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is a newly built federation style building which can cater for weddings and fits in beautifully with the surrounds with lovely water views over the bay.

Amenities at Prince Edward Park

There are picnic shelters, barbecues, children’s playground and toilets which also includes a disabled toilet. Dogs are allowed on leads.

Entry, Parking, Transport

Entry and parking is free, there is 3 hour parking limit in the car park and all day street parking. There is public transport but the Bus does not come directly to the park and there is some walking involved.

The next Parks in Sydney we will visit is Bayview Park which is just along the foreshore from Prince Edward Park.
